Who Is This Training For?
Ask yourself something first.
If someone grabbed you from behind right now, what would you actually do?
Not what you think you'd do. Not what you told your friends you'd do.
What would your body actually do in that moment?
Because most people freeze. Their mind goes blank, their legs stop working, and by the time they process what's happening — it's already over.
Now imagine it's not you.
Imagine you're watching someone put their hands on your wife. Your kid. Someone you love. And you're standing right there — and you can't do a damn thing. Not because you didn't want to. Because you didn't know how. Because nobody ever prepared you for that moment and now you're watching it happen in real time.
Most still do nothing about it.
Some say "I'd shoot them."
Okay.
Your gun is at home. Or it's in your car. Or the guy already took it from you before you even had a chance to reach for it.
Now it's just you. Your hands. Your body. Whatever you actually know how to do — which is nothing.
Two of them. One has your family pinned. The other is coming for you. And the only thing standing between your loved ones and whatever happens next is what you do.
You don't get to call timeout. You don't get to explain what you didn't train for. You don't get a second chance to wish you'd prepared.
This training is for the person who's done avoiding that question.
- The person who hit rock bottom, and decided they're done staying there.
- The person who had a close call, and realized they weren't ready.
- The person who's looked at their life honestly, and doesn't like what they see.
- The person who wants to protect their family but doesn't actually know if they could.
- The person who's tried gyms, diets, and routines, and quit every single time because nobody pushed them hard
enough.
- The person who wants to know what they're made of.
This training is not for everyone.
It's not for people looking for a class to attend. It's not for people who want to be told they're doing great. It's not for people who aren't willing to fail first.
If you're still reading — you already know if this is you.
